Carl Swift is one of the founders of Endurance Financial and a practicing Mortgage & Financial adviser. Carl has a passion for motorsports, cars, and engineering. With over 18 years of experience in Mortgage & Financial Advice, Carl has a keen understanding of the markets and a strong commitment to helping his clients reach their financial goals. In his free time, Carl can be found at one of the UK's many race circuits, competing in various championships. Most recently a consecutive 3 year Champion of the Club Enduro Championship. Simon brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for investing and advice, helping people make the most of their hard-earned money. He particularly enjoys the challenge of guiding clients through the shift from the accumulation mindset that built their savings to the decumulation mindset needed to actually enjoy retirement. He's known for taking the time to really listen and understand each client's goals before recommending a path — clients appreciate his patience and his clear, jargon-free approach. Outside the office, Simon takes on ultra marathons, runs up hills in the Peaks, and bakes bread for his family. He also loves watching films and visiting new places. David Calow is one of the original founders of Endurance and a practicing mortgage adviser. In his free time, David loves to cook, cheer on his favourite football team and enjoys taking walks in the countryside. When she's not working, Leanne can often be found in the kitchen, where she loves to bake delicious treats for her family and friends.
