Fee-free mortgage advice tailored to your circumstances
When people hear for the first time that we're fee-free, they often think there's a catch...
Many that have used a mortgage adviser or broker in the past have been used to paying the broker a fee of between £300 and £2,350. Like all other brokers, we receive a payment from the lender when the mortgage completes. The difference is that unlike other mortgage brokers, we do not charge our customers a fee on top of this.
We do not charge a fee for mortgage advice. We will receive commission from the lender.
We have access to a wide range of lenders and exclusive deals not available on the high street. Our experienced advisers take time to understand your situation and use the latest technology to make the process quick and painless.

Different lenders assess self-employed income differently. Our knowledge of lender criteria helps us find the right mortgage faster.

Yes. A large part of our work is for people whose circumstances don't fit a lender's standard tick boxes: the self-employed and contractors, limited company directors, people with more than one source of income, those with a past credit blip, and buy to let landlords. Lenders assess these situations very differently from one another, and knowing which lender suits which case is where advice earns its keep. If your case is one we can't place, we'll tell you at the first conversation rather than waste your time.
No. Every broker is paid a procuration fee by the lender when a mortgage completes. Fee-charging brokers add their own charge on top of that, we don't. Because we're paid the same way whether a case is simple or complicated, we have no reason to turn away the harder ones. We have access to a wide range of lenders, including some you can only reach through an adviser, and we'll always tell you the amount the lender pays us.
Call us or send a message and we'll talk through your situation. Usually one conversation is enough to tell you whether we can help, roughly what you could borrow, and what documents you'll need. There's no charge and no obligation.
